We charge a fixed rate of $8.00. For one bag we use our own white bubble mailer and that will go First Class mail. We use the USPS flat rate bubble mailer for 2-3 bags anywhere the post office delivers.

All our single-origin coffees are seasonal and do change throughout the year. Some we purchase more than others, depending on assumed demand. Others we are buying in smaller quantities, and once they are gone, we might look for a similar coffee, but that isn’t guaranteed.

Yes. We offer two options only, Whole Bean and Ground for Home Brewer.

We ship within 3-4 business days after receiving an order, not including the day the order is received. Please allow a 1–2-day grace period during busy periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances. We are not open Saturday and Sunday. At this time, all orders are shipped primarily via USPS, but depending on the order, we may choose to use UPS or DHL (International only).

We roast and ship Monday through Friday excluding the holidays.

While we understand there may be times when you are not happy with the item(s) you purchased, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on shipped coffee. That said, if there is an issue with the packaging or the item was damaged in shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation.

If we make a mistake and send the wrong coffee (Growth Mindset instead of Third Shift for example), then if the bag is unopened, we require it to be sent back to us and we will issue you a credit. We will then ship out the correct item at our cost to you. If however the bag has been opened then we are not able to take the time back and cannot offer a credit.

Certifications aren’t something we’ve focused on throughout the years. Primarily because they don’t provide any assurance of actual flavor quality, which is what we focus on. Additionally, these certifications are very expensive for both the farmer and the roaster to set up and maintain. The farmers we purchase coffee from are typically small family farms and they are sustainably farming using compost and other natural fertilizers as needed to care for their crops.

All our coffees are considered specialty-grade coffee and have their own naturally occurring flavors that we strive to emphasize through our rigorous selection and roasting processes.

The term ‘Specialty coffee’ is used to refer to coffee that is graded 80 points or above on a 100 point scale by a certified coffee taster (SCA) or by a licensed Q Grader(CQI).
